    For example, your password might be: “first three letters of your name@last three number of your birth year#.” And most of all make sure that you don’t share your password with anyone. After this, you can uncheck the box ‘Send me promotional emails from Microsoft,’ though it might be beneficial sometimes.

  6. You need to provide your first and last name then click Next. We recommend you to use your real name as this will name be displayed when someone receives emails from you.

  7. Select your country/region, your date of birth from the drop-down list that appears when you click on the downward arrow at the right of each box; after that click on ‘Next.’

  8. Microsoft needs to verify that you are human, not some bot creating a new Hotmail Email. They may ask to confirm with your mobile number. Or you’ll be asked to enter the captcha code. If you have a problem identifying captcha code you can ask for new captcha code or audio code as per your preference.
